What is Decision Psychology

Meet Ayana – The Decision Architect

I’m Ayana, founder of The Efficacy Project and creator of The Queen-Maker Series. For over 15 years, I’ve helped students, young adults, and women in transition turn chaos into clarity through intentional decision-making.

With a background in college and career readiness, educational leadership, and self-efficacy coaching, I blend real-world experience with Decision Psychology to help people design lives they’re proud of.

I’ve:

  • Led college and financial aid readiness initiatives across California

  • Delivered 200+ workshops at high schools, colleges, and state agencies

  • Guided youth and adults through goal setting, identity work, and life design

My work centers on one core belief:
